After  1+ years of diligent phone calls and submission of documents on the promise of a loan mod...I found myself facing a   forclosure sale.  I contacted RMC with some skepticism thinking they were just another mortgage avoidance scam company.... Boy was I wrong!!

I have owned my own home for 17 years. ln the fall of 2008 I realized I was falling behind and unable to make my mortgage payment.
